Origins: Was sitting at work today and really had The Urge, which I couldn’t take care of because I was on the phone. For some weird reason this little jingle popped into my head. It’s dumb, which is why it’s posted in the I’m Stupid category, but a person can’t exactly control what pops into their head uncontrollably.
If you play games much on Facebook, then you know how going through your news feed to grab gifts and such can become very tedious. Doesn’t matter what goodies you might miss, at some point you just quit bothering to scroll through the pages because, let’s face it, they are just games and that’s a hell of a lot of time to spend on them. The other day, though, I came across the solution to this problem.
Game Scrubber is a wonderful free Facebook application that lets you, in just 3 clicks, pull a list of all items on your news feed that have to do with a particular game. You get a clean list, without all of the fluff, of every relevant post. Click on a link to get a bonus and it opens in a new window so that you don’t lose your place on the list. No more scrolling through possibly pages and pages of posts to find the ones with bonuses.
Stupid drivers make me angry! There are all different types of them, but there’s one in particular that irks me the most. You know them: They get in the left lane going way under the speed limit. You might wait a bit to see if they’ll speed up or move over. When they don’t, you move into the right lane and start going faster so that you can pass them. That’s the point at which they all of a sudden realize (I think intentionally) how slow they’re going and speed up so that you can’t pass them. Ugh!
